On June 13, 2014 at approximately 8PM Transit Police Officers working in Area 2 received a radio call to respond to Harvard Sq. MBTA station for a report of an Indecent Assault. Upon arrival officers were informed of the following; an older male, later identified as
Thomas Dabrikas 60 years of age who claims a homeless shelter in Boston as his residence, was observed Indecently Assaulting a younger male. The victim, an 18 year old autistic male, was not a willing participant and attempted to pull away from Dabrikas. Dabrikas, who was still on scene, was placed into custody for Indecent Assault & Battery and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. Dabrikas, a Level 3 Sex Offender (
view Dabriskas' status here), is scheduled to be arraigned on June 16, 2014 in Cambridge District Court.
