On Tuesday March 11, 2014 we posted a video depicting persons of interest relative to an assault which occurred onboard an MBTA Red Line train as it entered Broadway Station.(
see posting here). Subsequent to an investigation Transit Police detectives arrested
Michael Davis, 36 of South Boston,
Patrick Joyce, 24 of Dorchester,
Kevin McCarthy, 21 of South Boston and
Kristine Mullen, 20 of South Boston on March 14, 2014 after they presented themselves at Transit Police HQ. It is expected they will be arraigned sometime on Monday March 17, 2014 in South Boston District Court for various assault charges.
