On Thursday, January 23, 2014, at approximately 9:12 a.m., the subject depicted within was captured on surveillance video, fraudulently using a stolen credit card at the Temple Place entrance of Downtown Crossing MBTA Station.

The subject is described as:
A black male, medium build, wearing a black knit cap inside out with its white tag sticking out, a grey winter jacket, blue jeans and brown work boots
