Sunday, August 2, 2015, at 9:16 AM, the subject depicted within took a
passenger’s cell phone from her back pocket while she waited for a train on the Orange Line platform at Downtown Crossing
Station. The victim pursued the subject as he fled through the Temple Street
exit.
