Triple play: Warrants, possession of stolen merchandise and fare evasion.

Cesar Valentin

On March 13, 2019 at approximately 5:30PM members of the Crime Suppression Team were at MBTA Andrew Sq. station conducting Point of Entry Policing. While there they observed a male, later identified as Cesar Valentin, 33, of Chelsea, fare evade. Officers approached Valentin for the purposes of issuing a citation and subsequently discovered there was a warrant for Valentin's arrest issued from Boston Municipal Court for Assault & Battery and Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon. As officers were placing Valentin into custody they observed Valentin was in possession of a brand new "Tommy Hilfiger" shirt with the Anti-Theft device still attached.


Valentin was transported to TPD HQ for the arrest booking process.
