The
subject depicted within is wanted for questioning relative to an Assault &
Battery onboard an MBTA bus near the intersection of Humboldt Avenue and Martin
Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Boston in August 14, 2019 at approximately 5:30PM. The subject was irate that the bus operator did not stop when he wanted to get off the bus. A 15 year old male passenger asked the subject to calm down and to stop berating the operator. The subject responded by spitting in the face of the juvenile.
