Help us ID these two males of Interest re: Assault & Battery on a person Over 60.

 On October 16, 2021 at approximately 10:30PM at the MBTA's Back Bay station a male victim, over the age of 60, was approached by two unknown males who requested a cigarette from the victim. When the victim informed the two males he did not smoke the two males began to assault the victim by striking him and kicking him. The two males then fled the station.

Boston man arrested for violent attack at MBTA Charles station.

 On October 21, 2021 at approximately 5:50PM Transit Police officers assigned to the Central District received a radio call to respond to the MBTA's Charles/MGH station for a report of a person assaulted. Upon arrival officers were met by the victim and several witness who collectively provided the following information; the victim, a 25 year old male, was violently set upon by another male without provocation while walking on the northbound platform. The assailant with a closed fist struck the victim in the back of his head numerous times knocking him to the ground. While the victim was on the ground the assailant repeatedly kicked the victim about his head. At this time several witnesses were yelling for the assailant to stop. The assailant fled out of the station. 

GAVEN GORDON

Based on detailed descriptions provided by witnesses Transit Police officers were able to locate the assailant, later identified as Gaven Gordon, 26, of Roxbury at the MBTA's Downtown Crossing station. Gordon was positively identified as the assailant and placed into custody and transported to TPD HQ for the arrest booking process. The victim was transported to a local area hospital by Boston EMS.

TPD seeks to ID coward who violently assaulted elderly male. MBTA Jackson Sq.

On September 30, 2021 at approximately 2:11PM a Transit Police officer assigned to the South District was notified by a concerned citizen an elderly male was being assaulted by a young person on the platform of the MBTA's Jackson Sq. Station. The officer immediately proceeded in that direction but was unable to locate the assailant. Video review depicts an elderly defenseless male  being violently assaulted. Do you recognize this person of interest ?? Please contact us w/any information you may have.

Middleborough man arrested for assaulting Commuter Rail train conductor.

 On September 22, 2021 at approximately 5:20PM Transit Police officers assigned to the South District received a radio call to respond to the Braintree MBTA Commuter Rail Station for a report of a male passenger who assaulted a Keolis conductor after he was asked to put a mask on. Upon arrival officers were informed by the victim he requested a male, later identified as Daniel Libby, 40, of Middelborough to put a mask on. Libby responded with several expletives and refused to place a mask on. It was then alleged Libby shoved the victim and used his shoulder to force his way into the train. 

Officers informed Libby he had to exit the train and furnish his name as the victim wish to pursue assault charges. Libby refused to cooperate with the officers and would not comply with any requests. Libby was ultimately placed into custody for Assault & Battery on a Public Official and transported to TPD-HQ for the arrest booking process.
