Help us ID this man who committed a lewd act at Park Street station

Transit Police Detectives are seeking the identity of the individual  depicted within. On Friday, April 11, 2014, at approximately 8:30pm, the black male depicted within committed an open and gross act while on an inbound Green Line trolley. The male subject is observed exiting the trolley at MBTA Park Street Station. The male subject continued to expose himself on the platform.  

 The suspect is described: Black male, approximately 40 years of age, glasses, wearing a black baseball hat,  dark blue jacket with white writing on the left breast pocket, blue jeans, black and white sneakers, carrying a dark color book bag.

Boston man arrested for exposing himself. MBTA DTC

Richard Johnson
On April 27, 2014 at approximately 7:10pm Transit Police officers working in Area 1 received a radio call to respond to Downtown Crossing (Red Line) MBTA station for a report of a male exposing himself. Upon arrival officers were met by two female reporting parties who relayed the following information; while traveling on a northbound Red Line train the victims noticed a male, later identified as Richard Johnson, 48 of Boston sitting directly across from them. Johnson had his penis out of his pants and was masturbating/fondling himself. Johnson was making lewd comments (directed at the victims) during this time.  Johnson exited the train at Downtown Crossing station. Officers placed Johnson into custody and transported him to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. It is expected Johnson will be arrainged sometime today in Boston Municipal Court-Central Division for Open & Gross Lewdness.

Confirmed Fatality- Brockton CR

Death Investigation
On April 26, 2014 at approximately 11:15 pm Transit Police officers working in Area 3 received a radio call to respond to Brockton Commuter Rail station for a person possibly struck by a train. Multiple Transit Police units responded as well as Brockton Fire and Police. Transit Police personnel on scene reported the following preliminary information; a southbound Middleborough train struck a 39 year old white male who was trespassing on the Right of Way just outside of Brockton Center . The male has been pronounced deceased as a result of injuries sustained. Transit Police detectives and representatives of the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office are investigating the facts and circumstances leading to the incident.

Boston man arrested for Indecent Assault

On March 27, 2014 at approximately 10:55 pm a female victim reported to Transit Police the following: while she (victim) and her two female companions were traveling on a northbound Red Line train they noticed a male, who was seated directly across from them, looking at them in a perverse manner. The offending male then began to make suggestive comments relative to their bodies. As the train pulled into Harvard Sq. MBTA station and the victim was exiting the train the offending male came from behind the victim and indecently assaulted her. The offending male then fled the station.

Earlier today, subsequent to an investigation Transit Police detectives arrested Gilbert Farley, 57 of Boston. Farley a registered Level 3 Sex Offender (see Farley's status here) was transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. It is expected Farley will be arraigned sometime today in Cambridge District Court for Indecent Assault & Battery.

Bicycle Thieves

On Saturday, April 19, 2014, at approximately 12:30pm, the subjects depicted within, cut the lock and chain off a bike attached to the bike rack, and stole it, at Jackson Square MBTA Station.
 
The subjects are described as follows;
   A Black male wearing a black zip up sweatshirt, jeans, and black sneakers
  A White, possibly Hispanic, male wearing a black sweatshirt, jeans, and red sneakers

On Tuesday, April 08, 2014, at approximately 3:35 PM, the subject depicted within indecently assaulted a female victim at Park Street MBTA Station. He then boarded a trolley and indecently assaulted a second victim as she exited at Arlington Station. 

 The subject is described as follows;


   A white male, 50 to 60 years of age, wearing a black knit cap, olive green winter jacket with light brown fur on
the hood, a green fleece, black nylon pants and black sneakers.

Medford man arrested for Assault

On April 22, 2014 at approximately 9:30 pm Transit Police officers working in Area 2 received a radio call to respond to Malden Center MBTA station for a report of an assault in progress. Upon arrival officers (assisted by Malden Police) were informed of the following; two males, one later identified as Gary Biddiscombe, 23 of Medford, while travelling on an northbound Orange Line train were yelling obscenities and provoking fights with other passengers. As the train pulled into Malden Center station and passengers were exiting Biddiscombe's companion proceeded to " sucker punch" a male victim. The victim while defending himself from the first male's assault was then set upon and kicked in the head by Biddiscombe.

Biddiscombe was placed into custody for Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (Shod Foot) and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. It is expected Biddiscombe will be arraigned sometime today in Malden District Court. Transit Police anticipate Assault charges will be sought against Biddiscombe's companion.
