Quincy man wanted for assault kicks out train window.

 On May 14, 2022 at approximately 7PM Transit Police officers assigned to the South District received a radio call to respond to the MBTA's Forest Hills station for a report of a male who just kick out the train's window. Upon arrival officers were met a witness who relayed the following: A male, later identified as Sean Kenneally, 31, of Quincy while onboard an Orange Line at Forest Hulls station got up from his seat ran towards the train's window and kicked it causing it to shatter. The witness further stated Kenneally's actions arose out of nowhere. Officers approached Kenneally and subsequently determined there was an warrant in existence for his arrest issued out of Boston Municipal Court-Central Division for Assault & Battery on a +60/Disabled Person. 

Kenneally was placed into custody for the warrant as well as Malicious Destruction of Property Over 250.00. Kenneally was transported to TPD HQ for the arrest booking process.
