Hadley man arrested for Indecent Assault & Battery.

Reginald Madison
On May 11, 2017 at approximately 1:40PM Transit Police officers assigned to the Central District were on patrol at the MBTA's South Station CR. While there they heard a disturbance near the Tavitas Restaurant. Officers immediately made their way in that direction and were met by a female victim who relayed the following: as the victim was seated at a table near Dunkin Donuts she was approached by a male, later identified as Reginald Madison, 27, of Hadley. Madison began to indecently assault the victim. When the victim drew attention to what was happening Madison walked away in the direction of the fare gates where he proceeded to fare evade by "piggybacking" in behind a paying customer.

The victim pointed out Madison to the officers.

Officers caught up to Madison and placed him into custody for Indecent Assault & Battery and transported him to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process.
