Another fare evader with warrants netted by TPD.

On April 12, 2017 at approximately 6PM members of the Transit Police Crime Suppression Team were at the MBTA's Central Sq. station conducting Point of Entry Policing. While there they had their attention drawn to a male, later identified as Jason Campbell, 28, of Brockton. Campbell fare evaded by entering in behind a paying customer. Officer approached Campbell for the purpose of issuing a citation and subsequently discovered there were several warrants in existence for his arrest issued out of Hingham District Court for Assault & Battery w/a Dangerous Weapon, Assault & Battery, Threats to Commit a Crime and Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit Class B, C and E.






Campbell was placed into custody and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process.
