Roslindale man arrested for Lewd Conduct

On September 15, 2016 at approximately 2:30pm a Transit Police officer assigned to the Central District was on patrol at the MBTA's Back Bay station. While there he was approached by a male victim who informed him of the following; while utilizing the men's restroom located inside the station a male exposed his genitals and began to commit a lewd act. The victim provided a description of the offending male and the officer entered the men's restroom to investigate. Subsequent to the officer's investigation and a positive ID from the victim Neville Pinnock, 66, of Roslindale was placed into custody for Open & Gross Lewdness and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. It is expected Pinnock will be arraigned sometime today in Boston Municipal Court-Central Division.
