Just having a few drinks

Paul Provost
On August 10, 2016 at approximately 12:30PM Transit Police officers assigned to the Central District were on patrol at the MBTA's Andrew Sq. station when their attention was drawn to a male, later identified as Paul Provost, 49, of Boston. Provost and another male were seated on the bench in the bus way consuming alcohol from a vodka bottle. Officers approached and Provost stated they were  "just hanging out having a few drinks".  Subsequently officers discovered there was a warrant in existence for Provost's arrest issued from Boston Municipal Court-Central Division for Assault & Battery and Disorderly Conduct. Provost was placed into custody and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. The second male was ejected from the station without further incident.
