Quincy man w/a warrant draws attention to himself.

Micael Sargent
On April 8, 2016 at approximately 5:45PM Transit Police officers assigned to the South District were conducting Point of Entry Policing at the MBTA's Quincy Center Station. While there they had their attention drawn to a male, later identified as Michael Sargent, 37, of Quincy. Sargeant was smoking from a cigarette within feet of a conspicuously posted "NO SMOKING" sign. Officers approached and requested Sargenat's identification for citation purposes.  Sargent provided a false name and other identifiers in an attempt to mislead the officers. Subsequently officers discovered Sargent's true identity which revealed he was wanted by Plymouth District Court for Possession of a Class B Substance. Sargeant was placed into custody and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. Prior to transport officers located a plastic baggie containing suspected Heroin in Sargent's possession.
