Ashland man netted by Point of Entry Policing.

Christopher Burrows.
On August 17, 2015 at approximately 10pm Transit Police officers working in Area 4 were conducting Point of Entry Policing at the MBTA's Ruggles station in Roxbury. While there they observed a male, later identified as Christopher Burrows, 23, of Ashland smoking from a cigarette in an area with conspicuously posted "NO SMOKING" signs. Officers approached Burrows and subsequently discovered there were several warrants in existence for his arrest issued from Boston Municipal Court for Trespassing and False Name at Booking and East Brookfield District Court for Larceny Over 250.00 and Receiving Stolen Property. Burrows was placed into custody and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. Burrows was also issued a citation for smoking.
