Train surfer arrested.

On May 4, 2015 at approximately 8:15pm at the MBTA's Back Bay station a male subject was captured on public safety cameras grabbing hold of the departing train's roof guard and lifting his feet in the air "Train Surfing". Subsequent to an investigation Transit Police detectives positively identified the male as Jonathan Lopez, 18, of Jamaica Plain. Lopez was arrested by TPD Detectives on May 5, 2015 for Riding Upon a train other than a fare paying passenger-Train Surfing and Disorderly Conduct. Lopez was arraigned in Boston Municipal Court-Central Division. This conduct is extremely dangerous and can be deadly. The Transit Police will not tolerate such conduct and will identify, locate and arrest anyone performing such deadly, criminal stunts.
