Responding officers reviewed video surveillance and were able to capture a clear view of the suspects face and clothing description. The officers noted the suspect was wearing a "BROOKLYN Robinson 42" shirt and black sneakers with distinct red laces.

On May 11, 2015 one of the original responding officers happened to be in the area of Southampton Street overpass near the on ramp to Frontage Road when he spotted a male who matched the physical description of the suspect from the previous day. In fact the suspect, later identified as Michael Connors, 29, of Boston was wearing the same clothing, a BROOKLYN Robinson 42 shirt and black sneakers with red laces. Upon approach the officer positively identified Connors as the male who broke into the CSA booth and stole the T employees possessions. Connors was placed into custody and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. Connors will be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court for Breaking & Entering in the Daytime and Larceny from a Building.
