On March 25, 2015 at approximately 11:17pm Transit Police officers were on patrol at the MBTA's North Quincy station when their attention was drawn to a male, later identified as
Stephen Mchugh, 25, of Weymouth. McHugh was in the Hancock Street side of the parking lot facing the Red Line platform with his genitals exposed while urinating. Patrons exiting the train could clearly view McHugh. Officers approached and placed McHugh into custody for Indecent Exposure and transported him to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. It is expected McHugh will be arraigned sometime today in Quincy District Court.
