Foolish dangerous stunt lands 19 year old in jail.

Patrik Finnerty
On March 15, 2015 at approximately 7:45pm Transit Police officers working in Area 3 received a radio call to respond to the MBTA's Andrew Sq., station for a report of a male who, from the northbound platform entered onto the right of way, climbed over the dividing wall, back onto the right of way and onto the southbound platform. Due to the foolish and dangerous actions of this individual train travel had to be suspended in both directions and electricity to the tracks was shut off.

Officers located the male, later identified as Patrik Finnerty, 19, of Braintree seated on a bench waiting for a train. Finnerty informed the officers he was just trying to get to the other side. Finnerty was placed into custody for Trespassing and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. It is expected Finnerty will be arraigned sometime today in South Boston District Court.
