Boston man with Felony warrant draws attention to himself.

Quentrie Familia
On November 19, 2014 at approximately 1:45pm Transit Police officers working in Area 1 were at the MBTA's Downtown Crossing station when their attention was drawn to a male, later identified as Quentrie Familia, 31, of Boston. Familia was sitting at the bottom of the stairs to the Temple Street entrance and smoking from a marijauna cigarette. As the officers drew closer to Familia the odor of burnt marijuana emanating from his person became more pungent. Officers approached Familia, who admitted to smoking marijuana, and subsequently discovered there was a felony warrant in existence for his arrest issued from Roxbury District Court for Breaking & Entering in the Daytime and Trespassing. Familia was placed into custody and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process.
