Boston man arrested for Lewdness on board an MBTA bus.

John Repetto
On November 20, 2014 at approximately 4:10pm Transit Police officers working in Area 4 received a radio call to respond to the corner of Tremont Street and Massachusetts Avenue for a man exposing himself on board a Route 1 MBTA bus. Upon arrival several passengers pointed out a male, later identified as John Repetto, 55, of Boston. Witnesses informed the officers Repetto originally entered the bus on Harrison Avenue with his pants unbottoned, zipper down and with his genitals exposed. Once on board Repetto took a seat in close proximity to a woman and her young child and began to touch himself in an inappropriate manner. Other passengers present requested Repetto cease his vulgar actions and were verbally threatened by him in response. Repetto was placed into custody and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process. It is expected Repetto will be arraigned sometime today in Roxbury District Court for Open & Gross Lewdness.
