On August 13, 2014 at approximately 4:30PM Transit Police officers working in Area 4 were conducting Point of Entry Policing at the MBTA's Mass. Avenue station. While there they observed a female, later identified as
Rebecca Coletti, 27, of Lynn fare evade by "piggybacking" in behind a paying patron. Officers approached Coletti for the purpose of issuing a citation and subsequently discovered there were two warrants (multiple charges) in existence for her arrest isued from Lynn District Court all for Violation of the Commonweatlh's Drug Laws. Coletti was placed into custody and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process.
