Shooting Stony Brook MBTA-NON life threatening.

Assault Investigation
On July 7, 2014 at approximately 8pm Transit Police officers working in Area 4 received a radio call to respond to Stony Brook MBTA station for a report of a person possibly shot. Multiple Transit Police units responded as well as Boston Police. Upon arrival officers located a 23 year old male victim suffering from an apparent NON life threatening gun shot wound.  Boston EMS responded and transported the victim to a local area hospital for treatment.

The incident occurred near the entrance to the station. Transit Police detectives are actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident.
