Brockton & Norfolk men arrested on outstanding warrants.

On May 14, 2014 at approximately 1:55pm Transit Police officers working in Area 3 were in the 100 block of Shirley Street in Roxbury to address community concerns of individuals trespassing on the right of way in close proximity to Newmarket Sq. Commuter Rail station and using illicit drugs. While there officers observed 2 males, later identified as John Quinn, 28 of Brockton and Scott Sundquist, 29 of Norfolk,  who were in the process of illegally accessing the right of way. Officers prevented the males  from doing so and subsequent to an investigation it was discovered both males had active warrants in existence for their arrest. Quinn was wanted in East Boston District Court for Larceny Over 250.00, B&E Building at nighttime and Quincy District Court for Shoplifting 3rd Offense. Sundquist was wanted in Brockton District Court for Conspiracy to Violate the Drug Laws, B&E Building at nighttime and Taunton District Court for Attempt to Commit a Crime. Both Quinn and Sundquist were taken into custody and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process.
