Salem man arrested for Indecent Assault

On April 4, 2014 at approximately 1:20pm a female reported the following to Transit Police; as she was travelling on an outbound Green Line trolley she was Indecently Assaulted by an unknown male as the train departed Copley MBTA station.

Subsequent to an investigation by Transit Police detectives Frentz Joseph, 32 of Salem was arrested on April 7, 2014 at approximately 7 pm at MBTA Park Street station. Joseph was transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process and is expected to be arraigned sometime today in Boston Municipal Court-Central Division for Indecent Assault & Battery.
