On October 15, 2013 we posted a video (watch video here) of an MBTA bus operator being accosted and ultimately assaulted. The assault occurred while the bus was in motion and as a result the bus crashed into several parked vehicles on Broadway Street ( vicinity of the 900 block) in Chelsea.
Subsequent to an investigation Transit Police detectives have secured an Arrest Warrant for Douglas Bergeron, 32. The warrant, issued from Chelsea District Court, is for Assault & Battery on a Public Employee and Interfering with Public Transportation.
