MBTA TPD Officer "Dic" Donohue to be Grand Marshall of Woburn Parade


Transit Police Officer Dic Donohue will be Grand Marshall

Of The Woburn Halloween Parade Sunday October, 27th

In a tribute to first responders of the Boston Marathon Bombing, Transit Police Officer Dic Donohue will be the Grand Marshal for the Woburn Host Lions Club 59th Annual Halloween Parade in Woburn on Sunday, October 27, 2013.

 The Woburn Host Lions Club is recognizing Officer Dic Donohue, who is also a Woburn resident and has named him the Grand Marshal of the parade. This family event draws in excess of 80,000 people and includes over 25 marching bands and more than 90 floats from local groups and organizations.

The parade begins at 1:00 PM sharp at the intersection (rotary) of Rt. 38 and I-95 by the Woburn Cinema/Crowne Plaza Hotel, exit 35 off of I-95 heading south on route 38, Main Street Woburn and travels for 2.2 miles to the Woburn/Winchester Line.
Woburn Host Lions Club
This is a charity event with proceeds benefiting the Massachusetts Lions Eye Research Fund and many local Woburn Host Lions Club projects.
