Randolph man arrested-Quincy Center MBTA

On August 14, 2013 plainclothes Transit Police detectives were at Quincy Center MBTA station conducting drug enforcement operations. While there officers did place Jonathan Forman 33 of Randolph into custody after he sold a Controlled Class E Substance to a undercover police detective. Forman was in possession of additional narcotics for sale as well. Forman was transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process, during this time it was discovered there was a warrant in existence for Forman's arrest issued from Quincy District Court for shoplifting. Forman is expected to be arraigned sometime today  in Quincy District Court for Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
