Boston man arrested at Back Bay station

Nathan Estey
On August 28, 2013 at approximately 2am Transit Police officers responding to community concerns of loiterers congregating in large groups at the MBTA Back Bay station doors came upon a male, later identified as Nathan Estey, 18 of Boston. Officers were explaining to Estey he could not loiter in and around the station. One of the officers, based on a prior interaction, believed Estey may have had a warrant for his arrest. The officer's intuition was correct, Estey had an active warrant in existence for his arrest issued from Taunton District Court for Assault & Battery and Disorderly Conduct. Estey was taken into custody and transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process.
