South Boston Man arrested for selling drugs

On July 29, 2013 at approximately 7:30pm Transit Police Detectives were at Andrew Sq. MBTA station performing drug enforcement activities. While there officers did place Kyle Stappen, 25 of South Boston into custody after he Distributed a Controlled Class B Substance (Soboxones). Stappen was also in possession of Marijuana, less then an ounce. Stappen was transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process and is expected to be arraigned sometime today in South Boston District Court.

Transit Police Superintendent-in-Chief Joesph O'Connor stated " We made a pledge to the neighborhood of South Boston and we are committed to that. We will continue drug enforcement operations at MBTA stations in South Boston and arrest those who seek to sell illicit narcotics ".
