Dorchester man sells Heroin to undercover Transit Police detective

On July 11, 2013 plainclothes Transit Police detectives were at the Andrew Sq. MBTA station in an ongoing commitment to our community members/neighbors of South Boston to address drug related activity. While there, Kevin Miles 47, of Dorchester did sell Heroin to a undercover detective. Miles was taken into custody shortly after the transaction and found to be in possession of additional bags of Heroin. Miles was transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process and is expected to be arraigned sometime today at South Boston District court for Distribution of Heroin and Possession with intent to Distribute Heroin.




Transit Police/Stacy Duggan
On July 11, 2013 plainclothes Transit Police detectives were at Quincy Center MBTA station conducting an undercover drug operation. While there, Stacy Duggan 18, of Quincy did sell Klonopins (a Controlled Class C substance) to a undercover detective. Duggan was taken into custody shortly after the transaction and found to be in possession of additional Klonopins. Duggan was transported to Transit Police HQ for the arrest booking process and is expected to be arraigned sometime today in Quincy District Court for violating the Commonwealth's drug laws.
